British R&B artist Ella Mai released her new single " Not Another Love Song" on Friday 2 October, marking it her first release since the release of her acclaimed debut album " Ella Mai " in 2018.
Mai explained the song in a statement:
"this song talks about falling in love but not wanting to admit it, so it 's quite vulnerable , but still has an advantage."
Also on October 2, Mai appeared at the Savage x Fenty Show for the underwear collection belonging to Rihanna.
The show, which premiered exclusively on Amazon Prime, also included performances by Travis Scott, Rosalia, Lizzo, Mustard, Roddy Ricch, Big Sean, Willow Smith and others.
