New releases of the week

Here are some of the more interesting releases of the week:

MAHALIA - Terms and Conditions (single)

British R&B star Mahalia has released the new single, Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions is the lead track from her upcoming album. While there is currently no fixed title or release date for the new album, it is rumored to be released in the summer.

Released by Atlantic Records, Terms and Conditions is the first song Mahalia has released since 2022's single Bag of You.

Ecco cosa Mahalia ci racconta di questo singolo:

“I made this song with my wonderful friend and artist, Raye and two of my favorite producers: The Elements. This record is just the first taste of my second album and I can't wait to see if people like it! This single is almost like a love letter to myself while also being a warning to others. It's about setting boundaries and deciding which things I would never compromise on again."

nineteen97 - CHROME II (EP)

Birmingham composer, producer, and rapper nineteen97 dropped his CHROME II EP. The project features the likes of Capo Lee, Reek0, Len, CLBRKS + more.

Santino Le Saint - I would if I could ( single )

Brixton singer-songwriter Santino Le Saint strips it back on his new single ‘i

would if i could’ released via Cloud X/EMPIRE.

Over the years, Santino has become known for

fusing R&B, Rock, Pop, and Trap, but he has always wanted to release a body of work that takes music back to its bare bones, just him and his guitar, “No gimmicks, no games”. Santino unearths unrequited love and delivers an acoustic ballad that captures the essence of longing for something no longer there. Hanging onto his every word, ‘i would if i could’ highlights his incredible tone and vocal range, with the song's honesty conveyed by the softness and pain in his voice.

Dinner Party (Kamasi Washington, Robert Glasper, Terrace Martin, and 9th Wonder) dropped their new single For Granted featuring R&B star Arin Ray

The group provides a perfect blend of Jazz, R&B, and Hip-Hop, their music sounds instinctive, with four artists working in tandem.

For Granted is the second single from Dinner Party's upcoming album Enigmatic Society and a follow-up to the 2022 Grammy-nominated EP Dinner Party: Dessert (Best Progressive R&B).
